WooCommerce runs on WordPress — use the official Talkmio WordPress plugin. It identifies logged-in customers (name and e-mail), so Mio and your team see who is asking about an order.

Install

  1. Plugins → Add New → Upload talkmio-wordpress-1.1.0.zip → Activate.
  2. Settings → Talkmio → paste your site key → Save.

Tip: add your shop’s pages (shipping, returns, FAQ) as knowledge sources in Talkmio so Mio answers order questions from your own content.
