By using Talkmio you agree to these terms. Talkmio is provided by Internet Solutions, UAB. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled in your PayPal account. Bank-transfer orders are activated when the payment arrives. You are responsible for the content of your knowledge base and for informing your visitors that a chat service is used. We may suspend accounts used for spam, abuse or illegal content. Refunds are handled case by case — write to [email protected].
