How installation works

Pick your platform, create a free Talkmio account and add your website to get a site key. Then install the plugin or paste the snippet. Most setups take about two minutes.

Test the chat before going live

After installing, open your site in a private browser window and ask Mio two or three questions your customers often ask. Check that each answer comes from your own pages; if something is missing, add it to your website or knowledge base and ask again.

What your visitors see

The chat bubble appears on every page where the code is loaded. Visitors can write at any time: Mio answers from your content in their language and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed.
