PrestaShop

Module for PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9. Adds the Talkmio chat widget to the whole storefront and identifies logged-in customers.

Install

1. Back office → Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module → choose the ZIP.
2. Click Configure → paste your site key → Save.
3. Open your shop — the chat bubble appears on every page. If it does not, clear the cache: Advanced Parameters → Performance → Clear cache.

Where is my site key? Sign in at app.talkmio.com → Websites, add your website and copy the 12-character key (e.g. 2wkxhgujxwlv). No account yet? Create one free — no card required.

Options

• Identify logged-in customers — passes the customer’s name and e-mail to your inbox.

Hook used: displayFooter. Multi-shop: configure the key per shop context.
