Extensions for OpenCart 4.x and 3.x. Adds the Talkmio chat widget to the storefront (event common/footer/after) and identifies logged-in customers.

Install — OpenCart 4

1. Admin → Extensions → Installer → Upload → choose talkmio-opencart4-1.0.0.ocmod.zip → click the green Install button next to it.
2. Extensions → Extensions → choose type “Modules” → find Talkmio – AI Live Chat → Install (green +) → Edit.
3. Paste your site key, switch Status on → Save.

Install — OpenCart 3

1. Admin → Extensions → Installer → Upload talkmio-opencart3-1.0.0.ocmod.zip.
2. Extensions → Extensions → Modules → Talkmio → Install → Edit → paste your site key, Status Enabled → Save.
3. Extensions → Modifications → Refresh (blue button), then Dashboard → clear the theme cache.

Where is my site key? Sign in at app.talkmio.com → Websites, add your website and copy the 12-character key (e.g. 2wkxhgujxwlv). No account yet? Create one free — no card required.

Test the chat before going live

After installing, open your site in a private browser window and ask Mio two or three questions your customers often ask. Check that each answer comes from your own pages; if something is missing, add it to your website or knowledge base and ask again.

What your visitors see

The chat bubble appears on every page where the code is loaded. Visitors can write at any time: Mio answers from your content in their language and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed.
