Talkmio is operated by Internet Solutions, UAB (Lithuania). We process your account data and your visitors’ conversations only to provide the service. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany). You can export or delete your data at any time from your account or by writing to [email protected].
What we store
Account details, website settings, chat messages, ticket e-mails, visitor technical data (IP, country, browser, pages viewed) and knowledge base content you add.
Sub-processors
Hetzner (hosting, DE), Cloudflare (network), PayPal (payments), AI model providers for generating answers (only the conversation text and your knowledge base excerpts are sent).
